Our first Annual Walk-A-Thon took place on April 19, 2008. With more than 100 walkers gathered together to benefit the Sun City Center Lions Foundation, our community succeeded in raising more than $6,800. Every year the charity changes, but the support and fundraising gets stronger. We hope you will keep an eye out for this event each year, and join us to make it bigger and better!
In 2012, we are supporting Eyes on the Skies - Project Corregidor, a program to help Veterans and returning Soldiers deal with the loss of fallen comrades.
